Our social club offers a diverse and enticing menu, expertly crafted by resident culinary entrepreneurs to reflect the richness of Black culinary traditions while incorporating innovative and contemporary techniques. The resident culinary entrepreneurs are part of Shanklin Hall’s food incubator, wherein Shanklin Hall provides local emerging culinary entrepreneurs opportunities to “pop up” in our kitchen via a profit-sharing model. The culinary entrepreneurs take pride in using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, ensuring a farm-to-table approach that supports local suppliers and promotes sustainability.
